Air conditioning is available in Summer and central heating in Winter.

A lot of national and international channels can be watched while relaxing in two easy chairs in front of a huge fireplace.

Next door, the Bossi winery sells Chianti Classic, a white Verzellino d'Oro, and olive oil directly to the public.

The RIFUGIO is 10 minutes driving from Siena; 25 mns from Monteriggioni (extoled by Dante in the "Inferno"); 40 mns from S. Gimignano, Pienza, Moltepulciano, Montalcino and 60 mns from Firenze, driving along "Castelli del Chianti" road.

Typical small shops and boutiques are very close (1 km.) and a swimming pool is not far (5 km.)

First floor: from external steps, entrance into a living/dining room with fireplace. Kitchen area with stove top, oven, fridge and washing machine. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a small in suite bathroom with shower, a living-room with two more beds.
